Our process also provide narrow width cutting which saves on materials. With the capability to work with metals, plastic polymers, and non-metals such as stone, composites, and glass, we can meet the needs of almost any customer.

Our 2-axis water cutting equipment uses garnet abrasive as the cutting medium, with waterjet pressure of 60,000 psi. We can cut material up to 150mm thick, up to 4m long, and up to 2m wide. This service can achieve tolerances of ±.0.02mm to 0.05mm, accuracy to ±0.08, repeatability of ±0.05, squareness of 0.05mm per l/m, and straightness of 0.05mm per l/m.

Our quality control is thorough. With the use of optical comparators, digital height gages, thread gages and various other tools we can ensure that all work is to the highest standard.
